With extensive experience in the energy, finance, logistics, and business management sectors, the directors guide the company’s long-term vision and decision-making processes. Their collective expertise supports sustainable growth and operational excellence across all business activities.

Dr. Nana Sifa Twum is a Communications Consultant who has worked in the media for over thirty (30) years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Communication Studies with a focus on Publishing from Middlesex University London, UK, and a Master of Arts in Communications Management and Advanced Public Relations from London Metropolitan University, also in the United Kingdom. Dr Nana Sifa Twum obtained his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Mass Communications at Manhattan Bay University in the United States of America.
Dr. Sifa Twum has also worked for highly profiled international institutions such as the International Organisation for Migration (IOM), Shell International Head office in Waterloo, London, the British High Commission (BHC) in Ghana, and the Government of Ghana at the office of the Inter-Ministerial Coordinating Committee on Decentralisation (IMCC) as the Communications Specialist.
He has specialised in training for media, health and local government personnel in Ghana and abroad for decades. He also serves as a publicist for numerous highly prominent individuals and functions as a Public Relations and Communications Consultant for both public and private corporate entities. Dr Sifa Twum is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) in the United Kingdom and a member of the National Union of Journalists (NUJ) in the Same Country.
He has travelled extensively for international meetings and has provided training in Communications and Media. He serves as a facilitator for the Institute of Public Relations – Ghana in its accreditation programmes, and as a facilitator for Legal Trainers, training Doctors and other healthcare professionals in Communications to reduce medical negligence.
He serves on various public and private Boards of Directors, including the Ghana News Agency as the Acting Board Chairman and a member of the Governing Council of the SDA College of Education. He is also the Vice Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Ga Mashie Development Agency. As an author with a couple of books, Dr Nana Sifa Twum also writes for publication in the Ghanaian Times, The Business and Financial Times and News Commentary of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation. He is married with four adult children.

Elijah Nana Addo Darko is a young Seventh Day Adventist Christian, and a Ghanaian Entrepreneur and CEO of Ednak Oil, an oil company engaged in procuring, distributing and selling of Petroleum products in Ghana.
“The earth is the Lords and the Fullness thereof” ... This amongst others is a cardinal point that brought understanding in creating a paradigm shift to Elijah’s success story. Like many others, Elijah was born, in a humble Christian background, where my family especially my late father did well to nurture Me on sound biblical doctrines. I got to understand the devastating nature of poverty and how it impoverished many, especially amongst Christians, and Mine understanding from scripture that Poverty is a sign of the absence of the Holy spirit’s absence in a Christian’s life. I was determined to make a difference, by becoming an instrument in Gods own hands to use.
This enabled me to apply sound biblical and spiritual doctrines in my business set up, which in today has made it possible for Ednak Oil to emerge as a young but promising business in Ghana and the sub - regions. Elijah’s sterling personality is one manicured with humility, kindness, result oriented, self-motivated, assertive, and hard work. with a penchant for excellence, I adapt to a strict customer service code, and believes in the transformative power of God in breaking barriers and making new grounds.
Eugene Coal Kwame Gbedemah is an accomplished Chartered Accountant, entrepreneur, author, and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) by profession, a Theologian and a Reverend Minister by divine calling. He is deeply committed to integrating faith, finance, and leadership to advance Kingdom impact and promote holistic transformation. With a passion for excellence and integrity, he seamlessly blends professional expertise with pastoral care, guiding individuals and institutions toward spiritual maturity and economic empowerment. His leadership reflects humility, wisdom, and a strong dedication to raising principled leaders who influence society through godly values and sound stewardship.
He serves as the General Overseer of International Liberation Ministry, a vibrant Christian organization devoted to spiritual renewal, counseling, and comprehensive human development. His ministry emphasizes the work of the Holy Spirit, the transformative power of forgiveness, and the restoration of broken lives through the uncompromised Word of God. Beyond pastoral ministry, he is the Founder of Community Liberation, a United Kingdom–based non-governmental organisation committed to supporting marginalized individuals and communities. He is also a proud Life Member of Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International – Meridian Chapter.
He also holds a Master’s Degree in Theology (Systematic Theology) from Trinity Theological Seminary and an MBA in Finance and Investment from the London School of Business and Finance (LSBF). He is a member of the Ghana Psychological Council and is widely respected as a gifted counsellor and teacher of the Word, having ministered on diverse platforms that inspire purposeful living under God’s grace. He is married to Lady Judith, and together they are blessed with three wonderful sons.

His tenure at Crystal Box sharpened his managerial and analytical skills, enabling him to identify and mitigate operational risks while ensuring high standards of performance and customer satisfaction
